Beaumont Legal Recruitment is working with a highly ranked Scottish law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join its specialist Senior Executive practice.

The team is recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers and advises an impressive client base, including major Scottish employers and senior executives throughout the UK.

The Role

You will focus primarily on advising senior executives on complex and high-value employment matters, including:

• Negotiating executive exits and settlement agreements.
• Reviewing and advising on senior executive contracts.
• Advising on complex employment disputes, claims and grievances.
• Representing clients in ACAS conciliation and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
• Working closely with corporate and tax colleagues on complex matters.
• Developing client relationships and supporting business development.

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on complex, high-value employment matters.
• Strong technical expertise across contentious and non-contentious employment law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Commercially minded, confident and capable of managing a demanding caseload independently.
