Our client is seeking an individual who possesses depth of experience dealing with the sale and purchase of rural property, crofting, renewables, agricultural holdings and general estate work.

Key Tasks;
- Manage your caseload professionally and act as a role model to others in the delivery of excellent client service.
- Promote the services of the firm to all clients, actively networking and seeking new contacts, and develop and convert your contacts into new business.
- Providing strategic legal advice regarding the purchase and sale of estates, farms, woodlands, minerals, rural houses and fishing rights.
- Advise landlords and tenants on agricultural and croft tenancies.
- Drafting and advising on commercial leases and other contracts, including those related to renewable development, in the rural context.
- Advise on changes and developments in the law as applied to rural Scotland.
