Beaumont Legal Recruitment is working with a well-respected Ayrshire practice seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its established team.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation.
• Financial provision and division of matrimonial assets.
• Child residence and contact matters.
• Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Negotiation, mediation and court proceedings.
• Managing your own caseload and providing practical, sensitive legal advice.

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a varied caseload.
• Confident handling sensitive and complex client matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.
• Ambitious and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
