Are you an ambitious Employment Law Partner looking for more than simply your next career move?

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a top-tier Scottish law firm and take a leading role in shaping the strategic direction and future growth of its Employment Law practice across the North East.

Based in Aberdeen, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the Employment offering throughout the region, building on the firm's established reputation, client relationships and wider national platform.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, combining high-quality employment law work with the autonomy and influence to shape the future of the practice.

You will:

  • Lead and drive the growth of the Employment Law practice across Aberdeen and the wider North East.
  • Develop and strengthen key client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the firm's market presence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's wider Scottish and UK network.
  • Capitalise on opportunities for cross-border work and national client instructions.
  • Play an influential role in the strategic development of the practice, including its people, profile and commercial performance.
  • Mentor, support and develop colleagues, helping to build a strong and sustainable team for the future.

You will be an established Employment Law Partner, or an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer ready to take that next step into partnership.

You will bring:

  • A strong track record in Employment Law and the ability to advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • An established network of client relationships and the commercial instinct to develop new opportunities.
  • The ambition and leadership qualities to build and grow a successful regional practice.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across a wider firm.
  • A genuine interest in shaping strategy, developing talent and contributing to the firm's continued success.

Joining this top-tier firm offers the platform, reputation and resources to take your career in a new direction.

More importantly, this is an opportunity to have a genuine voice in the future of the Employment practice, with the scope to influence its strategic growth, develop its regional presence and benefit from cross-border and wider national opportunities.

For the right individual, this represents a rare opportunity to combine senior-level influence, commercial autonomy and the backing of an established leading firm.
