An excellent opportunity to join a market-leading specialist team within a highly regarded Scottish law firm.
Beaumont Legal Recruitment is seeking a Scottish-qualified Solicitor to advise corporate clients and senior individuals on complex regulatory matters, investigations and enforcement action.

The Work

• Bribery, fraud and financial crime.
• Money laundering, sanctions and tax evasion.
• Proceeds of crime and corporate criminal liability.
• Health & Safety and environmental regulation.
• Internal and regulatory investigations.

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor (1–3 PQE).
• An interest in corporate crime and regulatory law.
• Strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and self-motivated.

Experience in financial crime or regulatory investigations would be advantageous. Dual qualification in Scots and English law is welcome but not essential.
