Beaumont Legal Recruitment is working with a highly regarded Scottish law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level.

This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property transactions, advising an established client base and developing relationships across a variety of sectors.

The Role

• Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters.
• Property development and investment transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating missives, leases and associated documentation.
• Undertaking due diligence, title examination and reporting.
• Advising on property finance and wider real estate matters.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

About You

• Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong technical expertise across commercial property transactions.
• Experience managing your own caseload and handling complex matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive and confident working collaboratively.
