The Opportunity
You will manage a broad and technically engaging caseload, advising clients across:
- Tax and estate planning
- Asset protection strategies
- Will drafting
- Powers of Attorney
- Trust drafting and administration
- Executry administration
- Elderly client advisory matters
You will also play an active role in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting the continued growth and capability of the wider team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical grounding across wills, trusts and executry matters
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Committed to delivering exceptional client care
- Collaborative, proactive and commercially aware
- STEP qualification desirable, though not essential
- Established and reputable Private Client practice
