The successful candidate will join a dedicated employment law team, working closely with our partner in Edinburgh and colleagues across the wider firm to deliver high-quality advice and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on employment rights and obligations
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation
- Supporting clients on a broad range of employment matters including workplace disputes, restructuring & redundancy, and TUPE
- Representing clients in employment-related legal proceedings
- Delivering training to clients on key employment law topics
