What You’ll Do:
- Advise on contentious and non-contentious planning matters
- Handle environmental law issues and compulsory purchase cases
- Support public inquiries, planning appeals, and judicial review proceedings
- Work on complex cases alongside senior colleagues
- Manage matters independently where appropriate
- Contribute to client relationships and team goals
- 2–5 years PQE (more experienced candidates considered)
- Experience in planning or environmental law
- Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in professional development and business growth
- Qualified in Scots law or dual-qualified in Scottish Laws
