The Opportunity
Sitting within a well-resourced Corporate practice, you will play a central role in supporting the firm's company secretarial and registered office function. This is a varied and responsible position offering genuine ownership and direct exposure to a broad client portfolio, including UK and international entities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day company secretarial requirements across a diverse client base
- Maintaining statutory registers and company books (electronic and hard copy)
- Preparing and submitting Companies House filings including confirmations, appointments, resignations and share allotments
- Assisting with incorporations and acting as a key contact for formation queries
- Drafting board minutes, resolutions and routine corporate documentation
- Monitoring filing deadlines and maintaining accurate internal databases
- Preparing company profile reports and conducting Companies House research
- Supporting client onboarding processes, including AML compliance
- Liaising confidently with clients, advisers and third parties
- Assisting with billing processes and ad hoc corporate support tasks
About You
You will be an experienced company secretarial or corporate paralegal with a strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and statutory filing obligations.
You will demonstrate:
