This is a superb opportunity to join a close-knit team advising a diverse client base including individuals, entrepreneurs, landowners, and trustees, offering genuinely holistic legal and financial advice.

The Role
  • You’ll play a key role in a busy family law practice, advising on:
  • Separation, divorce, and cohabitation
  • Financial provision and child-related matters
  • Complex financial settlements
  • Draft pre/postnuptial and cohabitation agreements
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
  • Work closely with colleagues across tax, property, business, and litigation to deliver a complete service to a high net worth  client base.
About You
  • 3–5 years’ PQE with strong Scottish family law experience
  • Confident handling financial provision cases
  • Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
  • A strong communicator with empathy, discretion, and client focus
  • Interest or experience in ADR (mediation, arbitration, collaborative law) is a bonus.
