A role with real variety and responsibility
You will work with an interesting and diverse client base, advising across the full spectrum of employment law, including:
- Employment Tribunal litigation , including drafting ET3s and representing clients at hearings
- Day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies and procedures
- Settlement agreements and termination matters
- Employment issues arising from corporate transactions and restructuring
- Advising on complex and sensitive employee matters
- Delivering employment law training, briefings and updates to clients
- Supporting the development of long-term client relationships and new business opportunities
We are interested in hearing from strong employment lawyers who are commercially minded, client-focused and ready to take the next step in their career .
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE with solid employment law experience
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of matters
- A genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice
- A collaborative and approachable style
