The Role
You will advise ambitious, founder-led and high-growth businesses across Scotland and the UK.
Providing exert advice on investments, acquisitions, disposals and shareholder arrangements across sectors including technology, healthcare and other innovation-led industries.
This role offers exposure to transactions of varying size and complexity, with early client contact and real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own client portfolio
- Advise on investments, acquisitions, disposals and share arrangements
- Draft and negotiate corporate documentation
- Lead smaller matters and support larger transactions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- 3+ years' PQE in corporate transactional work
- Experience running deals from start to finish
- Confident in client-facing roles
- Commercial, organised and collaborative
- Strong communicator with attention to detail
- High-quality, fast-paced deal work
- Direct access to entrepreneurial clients
