Working closely with experienced Corporate Partners and senior lawyers, you will gain hands-on involvement across a broad range of matters including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Investments and fundraising transactions
- Shareholder and investment agreements
- Corporate restructures and disposals
- Employee share incentive schemes
- General corporate advisory work
